Support and strengthen ministry leaders and the churches they serve.
CBFNC places a high priority on the churches of our fellowship and those who lead them, including vocational ministers. We seek to equip ministers and churches in three primary ways:
- Ministerial Transitions – Assisting ministers and churches navigating changes in ministry placement and employment.
- Ministerial Resources – Providing resources for ministers to grow spiritually and professionally.
- Church Resources – Developing a network of resource providers (sister churches and ministry partners) that can respond to congregational needs.
