Santiago is the director of Red Latina CBFNC (“Red Latina” means Latino network in English). Santiago’s passion comes from the need to serve and enrich the lives of Latino ministers and their congregations in the areas of pastoral care, congregational leadership and identity, coaching, and spiritual direction. Currently, Rev. Reales works as a hospice chaplain in Winston Salem, NC, is a certified coach through the Center for Congregational Health and a member of First Baptist in Mt. Airy.
