
Kep Pate
Workshop Leader
Kep Pate is the associate pastor of youth, children, and their families at Forest Hills Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia and attended Clemson University where he met his wife, Sara Bailey. The couple got married on New Year’s Eve 2016 and have two children, Henry and Lily Stocks. Kep graduated from Mercer’s McAfee School of Theology with his Master of Divinity in 2017 and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry. Before coming to Raleigh, Kep served as the youth pastor at Johns Creek Baptist Church in Alpharetta, Ga, and as the director of YMCA Camp High Harbour at Lake Burton. Prior to attending seminary, Kep worked for both the International and North American Mission Boards and served as the assistant campus minister for the Baptist Collegiate Ministry at Clemson.
